REPORT AND BREAKDOWN OF HAIR GROWTH TRIALS HELD FOR EXEC HAIR BY JUDITH MITCHELL FOR HAIR GROWTH THROUGH TREATMENT THERAPY.

The trials were held at the Exec Hair Clinic from 18 January 1993, using Exec Hair Capillary shampoo and Exec Hair Capillary Stimulant.  No other products were used on the trials and no other supplements were taken during the trials.  All the candidates consulted a doctor before commencing the trials.  They were all certified medically fit to be on the trials.  All candidates also committed themselves to a three month trial period by signing a contract.  Four candidates were excused from the trials due to reasons beyond their control.

The candidates were chosen out of 250 applicants according to age and condition of hair loss problem.  We tried to cover as broad a spectrum as possible of hair loss conditions.  We had a higher percentage of men because male pattern balding was prevalent.  Fifty candidates were chosen.

Attached to the report is a breakdown of how the stages of male pattern balding are categorized.

The trial procedure was as follows: -

high frequency
shampoo with Capillary Shampoo
towel dry hair
apply Capillary Stimulant to the scalp
massage the whole head for 10 minutes
cover the head with a plastic cap
put under the infra red lights for half an hour
sent home with the Capillary Stimulant on the head to be rinsed out the following morning.

The above was done three times a week and the procedure took 50 minutes.

After 6 weeks, i.e. halfway through the trials, we conducted our first inspection.  We found that most of our candidates had started responding to treatment and that response had nothing to do with age, sex or malady.  Candidate's comments have been included in the candidate sheets attached.  Hair loss had slowed down and visible signs of hair growth.

After the end of the trials, on comparing before and after photographs, we found the following: -

total amount  of candidates on the trials were 50

of the 50 candidates on trial.  They comprised of:

31 men and 19 women

Of the total 50 candidates only 8 did not respond to the treatment which represents a success rate of 84%.

The best results were experienced on thinning hair.  Clear bald patches like receding hairline will take longer than three months to show a noticeable improvement.

We have found, however, that in every case it arrests hair loss completely.

33 candidates out of 50 have either signed on for another three months of treatment or have bought the treatment to use at home.

All information provided by the candidates in their replies in the questionnaires as well as the photographs are the property of Exec Hair.  It is recorded that trials were carried out by Exec hair for and on behalf of Mrs. Lucille Pegg without payment or benefit, save for the benefit of the candidates signing on for further treatment.
