This policy is over and above our thirty days money back guarantee policy.

We are confident that our product will stop hair loss and start new hair growth within a 12 month period (see client testimonials for expected response time).

This policy is based on absolute trust with our clients and it is our belief that our clients are sincere and honest when reporting on their results and progress.

The Policy:

Hair Fantastique guarantees to refund the client the value of the sum insured should no new hair growth progress be visible within a period of 12 months.

This cover is limited to people suffering from:

-Male Pattern Baldness.

-Female Pattern Baldness.

-Alopecia Areata

Sum insured amount is limited to the Wonder Hair treatment products ordered by the client for its own use from the Hair Fantastique web site within the insured period. Sum insured and cover will not include delivery charges.

Insurance Conditions:

1. A close up full colour photograph of the top section of clients head must be supplied to Hair Fantastique (all photographs are kept confidential, unless written consent is given to Hair Fantastique by client).
2. A normal supply of  the Wonder Hair Kit to be ordered to indicate normal use (1 kit every 2 months).
3. An affidavit will be required by user to confirm that he/she is using the product as directed and confirmation of growth status with every order placed.
4. A new set of Photographs to be supplied every 4 months.
5. Policy premium is paid in full monthly or annually.

Termination of Policy:

Client satisfaction with regards to progress and status of hair growth can terminate his policy.

Note:

1.      In order to prevent additional premium charges, client must terminate insurance policy five (5) days prior to the end of the month.

2.      Annual Policy holder will be credited pro-rata calculated monthly.

Payments: Valid claims will be paid within 30 days of claim.

Premium: Monthly US$ 9.50 per month

                Annual payment US$95.00 per annum (US$19.00  saving)
